No late or incomplete applications will be accepted;

Preference will be given to applicants who are the son, daughter, brother, sister, grandson, granddaughter, niece or nephew of a permanent Altron employee;

Applications will also be considered from people who are referred by an Altron employee or learners of PROTEC – Altron’s socio-economic development initiative;

Applicants must be South African citizens;

Applicants must be 18 years of age, or older as at January 2026;

The combined household income of the applicant’s family must be less than R600 000.00 per annum, namely, the total income earned by all members of the applicant’s household living together. This includes income from various sources such as salaries, wages, bonuses, investments, rental income, pensions, social grants, and any other forms of income received by household members before subtracting any taxes or deductions;

Applicants must hold a valid Grade 12 certificate and meet the academic admission requirements and have provisional acceptance to any South African university, TVET college or other tertiary institution for ICT-related studies, or have a Grade 12 senior certificate (preferably with a pass in Mathematics) for the ICT learnership and certification programme at the Maharishi Invincibility Institute.;

Applicants must agree to comply with the selection process, which may include psychometric assessments, interviews, and requests for additional supporting documentation;
